PipeDrive is undoubtedly a totally useful tool, however, you can come across some difficulties when it comes to certain things. One of these is view change.

To change the view in PipeDrive you need to log in with your credentials. Below you can see the basic view that is visible upon logging in:

If you want to have a list of deals, you can change the view here.

When everything loads, your view should look something like this:

Of course, you always apply filters. This way you can see the deals that are assigned (owned) to you, other salespeople or all of the deals in your organization.

Maybe you are looking for the forecast view? Simply, just click here:

Then this view appears:

Remember! The forecast view might not be visible for you if you don’t have a professional or higher plan of PipeDrive.

Another view changer when it comes to deal view is the filter of the pipeline.

If you do not see particular deals, it is highly possible that you mistakenly put them in a different pipeline. In order to have control over that, when you create a new pipeline, focus especially on this part:

Using this option you can decide in which of your pipelines the deal will be saved.

A filter of the pipeline has been already presented but you also have filters of owners.

If there are more people in your company, you will immediately see all of the deals that you have for different salespeople in your organization. To see so, choose “everyone”:

The other one, which could be a game-changer, is the filter.

The filters are supposed to filter your current pipeline, and this is paramount when it comes to certain criteria that you would like to give to this view. On the screen below, for example I’m filtering out only won deals:

As you may see, this view has changed completely:

Previous ones are no longer visible. From my experience this is truly the number one reason why people are not seeing something on their current Pipeline – they have applied filter earlier on and forgot about it.

In order to remove the filter that you have (in this case, all won deals) only thing that you need to do is to actually click on “everyone” (like above).

The same happens with the activities.

In activities, there is existing filtering which allows you, by clicking on it, to make filters appear or disappear.

If you had a task in the past that is not there, there’s a chance that you have applied a filter. Another reason might be the filter on the right.

Furthermore, you can filter activities by being overdue. There is a possibility to filter by the ones that are for today, tomorrow etc.

Naturally, you have the same set of filters as in pipelines, that are available on the right:

You can also apply a person’s filter here:

Moreover, the calendar view can be seen here. PipeDrive enables you to switch between options.

You can see the particular dates, the tasks of a certain type and you are able to filter them out as you please.
